As part of the awarding process, you will receive a FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) that provides detailed information about the franchise opportunityity including:
*$3,360,341 Average Gross Sales - Top 5 performing franchise locations for the year ending December 31, 2015.
* 2016 Ruby's Diner FDD - Item 19, page 40. Gross Sales information for the 14 franchised restaurants that were open and operating during the entire calendar year ended December 31, 2015. Gross Sales information is not included for the remaining 4 franchised restaurants in operation as of December 31, 2015 because they were not open for the entire calendar year or we did not receive complete financial information from these franchisees.
What is the franchise fee for Ruby's Diner?
The franchise fee is $45,000 for the first restaurant. For a multi-unit development agreement the franchise fee for the second restaurant is $35,000 and $25,000 for all additional units. Fast casual and food truck fees vary. See FDD for more details.
