Founded and built by the Paulhus family, who identified persistent demand for housing amidst a housing crisis, the brand launched franchise offerings in 2020 and quickly exploded, achieving incredible growth in addition to its already-successful corporate locations. Another wave of openings is expected in the fourth quarter with many franchisees set to launch on November 1 or December 1.Much of this growth can be attributed to the attractive returns the Anchored Tiny Homes model offers. “As of the end of the third quarter, corporate revenue has doubled year-over-year, and franchisees are seeing similar success,” explained Paulhus. “Some of our franchisees who just recently opened their territories have already sold a few ADUs and are off to a great start.”As the brand continues to grow rapidly, it is also building out its strong team to better support franchisees and the system’s larger growth efforts. This year, Anchored Tiny Homes welcomed Chris Pace, who comes from one of the largest homebuilders in the world, as its new Vice President of Operations.
