The brand is set to open a new location in Northeast Charlotte with franchisee and former NFL player <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/justin-griffith-42113b134?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=former-nfl-player-details-plans-to-open-his-second-restaurant-in-the-charlotte-region-2718053" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Justin Griffith</a>.&nbsp;“The way we navigated through COVID gives me hope for a second location,” Griffith told the <a href="https://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/business/whats-in-store/article257256862.html?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=former-nfl-player-details-plans-to-open-his-second-restaurant-in-the-charlotte-region-2718053" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Charlotte Observer</a>. “I learned if you run it with the right people in the building, you can make it through these tough times.”Griffith’s new location, for which he will own both the land and the building, is still in the early planning stages. The restaurant will have a large outdoor patio space and a focus on takeout.
