Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but what do you do when you are in a hurry?&nbsp;

More and more operators are tapping into the growing breakfast marketplace with high quality to-go items.&nbsp;

The &nbsp;full-service breakfast and lunch concept, <a href="http://ownatoastery.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=nations-restaurant-news-famous-toastery-to-offer-to-go-items-6885" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Famous Toastery</a>, is planning on including ready-made items to tap into the breakfast convenience demand.&nbsp;

Four new franchisees will offer hot, ready-to-go bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, in additions to wraps, salads and freshly squeezed juices with kale, lemon, ginger and apple, says co-founder Robert Maynard.

&ldquo;At the end of the day [grab-and-go] creates a separate revenue stream for the franchisees,&rdquo; Maynard says.
