Along the way, I’ve earned a Residential Care For the Elderly (RCFE) License in California, as well as a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree. What led me to pursue a franchise was my personal experience with caregiving. I remember sitting at the kitchen table with my sisters, trying to find the right caregiver for our parents. We wanted someone who would care for them with the same love and respect that our parents had shown us. It was important to find a caregiver who understood our family dynamics and could maintain our parents’ dignity.
