Tim Markle, director of development, said New Mexico is one of five markets the company wants to expand to this year. He said officials are close to signing a franchise agreement with a partner for its first Albuquerque location. Markle said Uptown is a desirable corridor for MOOYAH Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes.&nbsp; "We wanted an area where we're not just lunch guys. We're a very family-centric company so we wanted a daytime population that would consist of workers and we want the nighttime crowd of families," Markle said. Albuquerque could support three to five restaurants eventually.
