Robeks Launches New Loyalty App for Contactless Payment and Rewards
Fans of the smoothie franchise now have access to more rewards and convenient order-ahead capabilities through the mobile app.
Robeks, the smoothie and juice franchise with more than 100 units both open and in development across the country, recently launched a brand new loyalty app with more rewards, incentives and ordering capabilities than ever before. After seeing a huge increase in online ordering during the pandemic, the premium juice and smoothie brand recognized an opportunity to innovate and improve in order to meet the growing consumer demand for online and order-ahead offerings.
Now available through Google Play and the App Store, the Robeks app features personalized deals and promotions, online ordering and more options for customers to purchase and use gift cards.
“This app means that Robeks can offer a clean, succinct, easy experience for our customers,” said Mitch Baker, vice president of marketing at Robeks. “We want our customers to focus on the flavor and food above all else, so having an app that makes everything else so easy allows them to do exactly that.”
What the New Robeks App Can Do
The app’s new receipt tagging feature allows Robeks to send customers personalized offers based on past orders. Not only can the app recommend a customer’s favorite Robeks treats, but its algorithm can pair users with new menu offerings they might not have tried before simply based on their ordering history.
Push notifications also alert customers to special promotions, product launches and menu updates to ensure that they never miss a limited offer or an opportunity to taste test a new menu item. Additionally, customers who refer a friend will be rewarded in the app using a special promo code and discount offer.
One of the app’s biggest features is how easy it is to send and reload gift cards. Customers can choose from a variety of gift card designs and may have access to limited edition gift cards down the road. The ordering process has also been completely revamped to offer a more intuitive and faster checkout process for customers on the go.
“We’re really excited about the opportunity to better understand our customers,” said Josh Rorman, manager of digital marketing. “The app allows us to create offers and tailor communication based on the actions of our customers, helping us to serve them better while simultaneously driving business in a smarter way.”
Why a New App?
Robeks was looking for a way to improve its customer experience, generate buzz and make it easier for customers to refer friends and communicate with customers in a more flexible way. The new app does just that, and the future is bright for the brand’s new tech platform.
“[The app is] definitely something we will continue to enhance and build on,” said Baker. “It's going to be an ongoing process but that’s what is so great about it: there are hundreds of features we could build out and improve over the coming years.”
