Later, she transitioned to a career in education when her son was in the first grade because she wanted to become more directly involved with his school. Having volunteered at his school, she obtained her teaching license and became the Business and Office Education instructor. She taught high school students various aspects of real-world business scenarios and eventually became employed as the center director for Sylvan Learning in Henderson.“I love the interaction and great energy of working with young people.
