The now-partner at <a href="https://marksklein.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=top-franchise-legal-players-andrew-bleiman-franchise-business-attorney-with-marks-klein-2717043" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Marks &amp; Klein, LLP</a> found a breath of fresh air in the nature of the franchise world and realized the solid opportunity to “really develop an operation” in working with both the franchisee and the franchisor.“I had an opportunity at a firm that I was working at to practice with many different practice areas in different groups, and I got involved in franchise law at that point and found it to be very interesting, fast-paced — a great cocktail party conversation-starter,” Bleiman said.From that point, Bleiman knew he was working within a field that would never truly feel like work. It was something he enjoyed, and the work was rewarding.The fast-paced environment and the ability to work with other entrepreneurs and businesses keeps Bleiman’s love of the franchise industry alive. His passion for guiding others and helping them achieve financial success is tangible, as Bleiman explained why he does what he does.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;“It's fun to watch people work with others who start out with a concept and have one or two locations that are growing, putting people to work, hiring employees and are able to grow their networks to very significant sizes,” he said. “So, it's really fun, exciting and rewarding to be helping those people grow and, ultimately, put them in a position to sell their locations and to achieve their dreams.”The franchise industry is filled with a particular group of people who want to do something bigger.
