Mark Cairns informed the St. Louis Business Journal that <a href="http://www.toppersfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=st-louis-business-journal-toppers-pizza-continues-rapid-expansion-in-st-louis-missouri-3519" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Toppers Pizza</a> is engaged in talks with potential franchisees that will bring the first restaurant to St. Louis in the second-half of 2016. According to Mark, the franchisees they're in talks with will likely sign multi-unit deals to allow room for growth in the region.
