We’ll work with several classroom mock-ups that simulate the air intake of various engine models and then our new trainee will spend a day with me completing services in the real world environment using their own mobile service unit and tools.” He added that the brand is equipped to handle a wide variety of engines ranging from farm equipment to semis and to small-scale machinery, and that real-time support is available on a jobsite if a technician is unfamiliar with any piece of machinery.Bunting explained that when issues arise for a franchisee, it is mainly when a franchisee isn’t 100% certain where they should insert the hydrogen generator hose into the air intake system. “We had one guy who would call me or shoot me a picture asking where to enter a system. I’d walk him through things - usually he already knew but just needed some assurance - and then once he got the confidence, he could handle it without thinking twice,”&nbsp; Bunting said. “Going forward, I’ll always be there to help people with their questions. I think that sets us apart from other companies. Our service help line goes directly to me, the Service and Training Director, 24 hours a day, 265 days a year.
