Jason and Wendy Olsen have always been passionate about everything they do. And whether they&rsquo;re catering, serving or cooking, BBQ is no exception.

Growing up, Wendy&rsquo;s father built portable pig smokers by hand, and catered to many organizations and individuals as a hobby.
