Cousins Subs is coming to Chicago. The growing sandwich franchise is gearing up for the first of a planned 40 locations in the Windy City and recently Eater Chicago wrote about the overall plans for the popular Wisconsin-based chain.
“There is a kind of community in the Midwest where there’s some shared beliefs and shared values,” Christine Specht, President and CEO of Cousins Subs, told Eater Chicago.
