That was a 70% reduction in program funding for these students and teachers. They feel empowered and excited about the future because they know that there is no better feeling than being able to create something from nothing!”Kapllani is proud to offer music and arts education to students, whether in-person at education centers or virtually. There are more than 500 students enrolled in DEA programs over three schools, with many opportunities for franchising.&nbsp;DEA Music &amp; Art is growing its brand in New York and New Jersey, where Kapllani said she is able to provide new franchisees with strong support.The start-up fees range from $149,433 to $228,133, including the initial franchise fee of $49,000.
