Over 35 years ago, brothers Hal and John Krause founded Crestcom International to create a leadership development organization that produces real and sustained behavior change.

What Is Crestcom’s Business Model?

Crestcom operates on a B2B (business-to-business) model, providing leadership development and management training to organizations of all sizes. Most Crestcom franchisees work from a home-based office to minimize costs. This business has very little overhead and virtually no inventory.

The franchise model involves franchisees delivering Crestcom’s acclaimed training programs to local businesses. Every training module ends with an action plan to ensure each participant takes ideas from the workshop and incorporates them back at their company. In a recent survey, 98% of surveyed participants said that the training met or exceeded their expectations and over 90% of participants acknowledged they use Crestcom’s concepts and tools to solve daily challenges.
