They have really streamlined standards across the brand — everyone doing things the same way with the same stuff, so it's consistent from location to location.”Williams advises new franchisees to “remember that the market is always changing, but right now it is primed for home service businesses. Without a national leader in the home window cleaning space, there is lots of room to explore. When you put that kilt on, everyone is asking questions.”&nbsp;Williams says his first Men In Kilts location is off to a good start, taking it “one market at a time.” But he may not be stopping here.&nbsp;“When people have a good experience with you and one of your brands, there’s a trust built, which extends to the next brand,” he said. “Threshold has some other very attractive brands, so I think we may add on down the line.”The total investment required to begin the operation of a Men In Kilts franchised business ranges from $157,290 to $191,950.
