Situated about 10 minutes south of Dayton in Mason, <a href="https://1851franchise.com/nikitahair/how-nikita-hair-highlights-each-customers-unique-personal-style-and-beauty-2713700#stories">Nikita Hair</a> is operated by Piyush and Tushar Patel, a brother-and-sister-in-law duo. Tushar, a beauty industry veteran, has always wanted to open a salon of her own.&nbsp;“Ever since landing my first job in the beauty industry, I have wanted to own my own salon,” Tushar Patel told the Dayton Business Journal. “Deciding on Nikita Hair was a no-brainer.
