Young Ones to Watch: Mason Boswell, Scheduling Assistant for Franchise Beacon

Mason Boswell is a current student at Ouachita Baptist University, a liberal arts college in Arkansas. He covers a myriad of duties as an assistant for Franchise Beacon, a privately-held company that provides sales input and connects sources of capital funding for a wide range of franchising industries. Boswell has worked in coordination with many names in the franchising industry while working for Franchise Beacon as a scheduling assistant and advisor.

“Your time is as valuable as you make it,” Boswell said.

He also highlighted the passion and creativity that can be launched out of the most inspired franchise professionals, and how those insights are vital in an industry that fosters high levels of personal communication.

“I think what makes you the most successful in the franchising industry is being outgoing. You have to be talkative [and] creative with the words you say to the people you meet,” he said.
