But they didn’t let that slow them down. Instead, they buckled down with the help of the Great Clips corporate team to pursue their entrepreneurial dream.“Everything changed so quickly, but we still wanted to keep moving forward,” said Hannah. “We were extremely impressed with Great Clips before COVID, then once the pandemic hit, it brought a new level of appreciation because of the way they supported us.”Despite lockdown restrictions and coordinating with the corporate team virtually, the couple never felt alone, Hannah says. “We definitely felt like we had a team supporting us from afar throughout the entire salon build-out process,” she said. “Even though we didn’t get the in-person guidance, we pretty much had round-the-clock support through phone calls, video calls, prompt responses to emails and everything in between.”Hannah says she and her husband also received huge support from other franchisees in the Great Clips system during the build-out process, too.“One thing that was really cool was, rather than being in a bubble with just our corporate support, we also got involved with franchisee group Zoom meetings, which wouldn’t have happened without COVID,” she said. “It was an extra layer of support that was incredibly helpful. The franchisees were always quick to respond and quick to be creative when things were unknown.”With all of that support available to them, the Renyi’s were able to successfully build out and open their salon during one of the most challenging years in recent history.&nbsp;According to Hannah, this level of support is something Great Clips franchisees are grateful to have.
