Smoothie King is heading back to Indianapolis and continuing the brand’s aggressive expansion in 2015.
After a three-year hiatus, Louisiana-based Smoothie King is reopening in Indianapolis. Smoothie King Franchisee Chris Sgroi is planning on opening three franchise locations in the area in the next two years with the first being in Fishers.
According to the Indy Star, Smoothie King is expanding aggressively, opening more than 60 locations nationally last year, and the chain plans to open 100 more this year.
Indianapolis residents will now be able to enjoy custom-blended smoothies, snacks and vitamin supplements from the new Smoothie King located at 8270 E. 96th St., Fishers in Indianapolis.
The shop’s menu includes dozens of flavors, including “Greek Yogurt Carrot Orange,” “Blueberry Heaven” and “Peanut Power Plus.”
