Before franchising with <a href="https://1851franchise.com/360painting/info">360° Painting</a>, one of the nation’s fastest growing residential and commercial painting franchises, Okong worked as an engineer in the energy business. He decided to leave his job and open&nbsp;a franchise so he could have more opportunities to spend time with his family. Okong told Arkansas Business, “I wanted a franchise where I could serve clients because I love meeting new people. I love doing a good job and seeing a satisfied customer.” Okong’s new Little Rock location is made up of three teams of experienced painters.
