Eggs Up Grill's CEO, Ricky Richardson and franchisee, Mike McClure sat down with Atlanta Business Radio to discuss the breakfast, brunch and lunch concept known for, "serving smiles from sunup to lunch," and its rapid growth throughout the southeast. &nbsp;Mike McClure, a franchisee of the brand, (alongside his wife Judy) with restaurants in <a href="https://1851franchise.com/eggsupgrill/eggs-up-grill-looks-to-bring-its-community-oriented-approach-to-atlanta-georgia-2710858#industry">Alpharetta, GA and Roswell, GA</a> was drawn to the brand's operating hours of 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. He discussed the importance of the ability to work during the day while still being able to focus on his family, while speaking to the support &nbsp;the leadership team offers, while giving him the independence to make the business, his own.&nbsp;"Every time I need something or need to talk about something that's going on, he, (Richardson) is always there. It's very important," said McClure. "When he comes to visit, the last thing out of his mouth is, what can we do for you."Ricky Richardson joined Eggs Up Grill in 2018 after the brand's acquisition by private investment firm, WJ partners and has since been leading a strategic plan to reach <a href="https://1851franchise.com/eggsupgrill/under-ceo-ricky-richardsons-leadership-eggs-up-grill-launches-strategic-plan-to-reach-100-restaurants-by-mid-2022-2710406#brand-latest-stories">100 restaurants by mid-2022</a>. Richardson, who was formerly an executive at TGI Friday's said that he was initially intrigued by the longevity brand, the business model, and effectively a 100% franchise system.
