The winter cocktail line-up includes:&nbsp;<ul><li>Hot Cocoa Flight with four different types of liquor</li><li>Holiday Punch with a sprig of rosemary and cranberries</li><li>Chris Cringle Old Fashioned Hot Toddy with muddled orange and cranberry</li><li>The Frich, with green melon liqueur and a single cranberry representing the Grinch's heart</li></ul>“It is always nice to have a drink to compliment a meal, but we are also focused on storytelling,” said Martinez. “Everyone serves the classic brunch drinks, and we love our Bloody Marys or Mimosas at Famous Toastery, but this is taking it to a whole other level. The more we can diversify the offering, the better. All of our guests have different needs, and the menu should be a reflection of that. We want everyone to feel Famous.”As part of this customer-tailored strategy, Martinez says all of the new winter cocktails were specifically created based on guest and staff feedback.&nbsp;“We not only allow our franchisees to create their own Famous Toastery drink specials, but we also will take what is working in one market and bring it to other markets,” Martinez said. “The fact that we also only offer for a limited time drives more guests to these locations, but, on the flip side, if we see that something is doing really great, we will keep it year-round. It is really all paying attention to what guests want, which helps us become pillars in the community.”Rolling out alongside the winter cocktail menu is also an entire new winter food menu, which includes guest favorites like the Grinch Grilled Cheese with spinach and avocado, the Tomato Bisque and&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/famoustoastery/famous-toastery-introduces-partnership-with-abbys-better-nut-butter-as-part-of-new-famously-fresh-menu-2720120">Abby’s Better Nut Butter</a> crepes.“Overall, the most exciting part about this cocktail menu is that it is a collaboration between everyone in the Famous Toastery family — the corporate team, franchisees, staff and guests,” said Matinez. “The marketing team can come up with an idea of what will work, but we don’t have as much insight as those people who are in the restaurant day in and day out.
