Greg Williams and Steve Cook recently repurchased the Houston <a href="http://showhomesfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=houston-business-journal-new-franchise-owners-for-houston-home-staging-company-1874" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Showhomes franchise</a>. The two first purchased the franchise in 2012, winning several awards from the national Showhomes conference within their first years of ownership and creating a portfolio of clientele. Greg and Steve sold the franchise in 2014 hoping to continue their success in home flipping, but returned to Showhomes this year, recognizing their passion for the home staging industry.&#8220;I missed Showhomes&#8217; business,&#8221; Greg said. &#8220;I love the decorative aspect, I loved staging, and I loved being a huge part of the home selling process. We really help the homeowner understand the full staging process to get the best return on investment.&#8221;The pair hopes to expand Showhomes in the Houston area.
