Wisconsin-based <a href="http://www.toppersfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=kansas-city-star-toppers-pizza-opening-new-location-in-mission-kansas-4832#intro" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Toppers Pizza</a> plans to open its first area location on June 28 at Mission Crossing, 6027A Metcalf Ave., Mission. Nearly a year ago, Olathe-based Charma Inc. signed a deal to open five locations in the Kansas City area. Owners, Kris and Sally Milligan of Olathe, said they wanted to sign with a pizza company that was less about sales volume and more about product and service. &#8220;That&#8217;s why we were drawn to this. That&#8217;s what Toppers&#8217; core values are,&#8221; said Kris Milligan. Company officials will be in town Friday looking at sites for a second location, likely in Johnson County or Lawrence.
